Our postnatal yoga classes help new mothers rebalance their bodies and minds. Enjoy a supportive environment to regain strength and flexibility. While this class is not technically a baby and me class. If child care is an issue please feel free to bring your pre crawlers with you. (4 week series) 1 hr classes . October 5, 12, 19, and 26th.
